Swiss Folk Dance

This booklet contains an outline of exercises to introduce you to traditional steps, staging, and blocking techniques, all of which can be incorporated within a fun-loving simplified folk dance, "Mein Vater War Ein Appencell". This same written choreography also works with the songs "Weggis" and "Swiss Polka".
