An introduction to the ancient traditions and beautiful dances of China, with the focus on the ageless "Long Silk Dance" choreography.

Includes directions on how to construct your silk performance ribbons, a wide variety of swirling, spinning, and twirling techniques, a suggested starter choreography for that lovely dance, and an overview of traditional costuming.
