Male choreographies from the Polynesian Triangle

This booklet contains a variety of gender-specific Polynesian dance routines traditionally performed by males only. The instructions are set out for female dance directors or instructors to learn, then teach to their male students.

Basic steps and starter choreographies include a generic Tahitian "ote'a", Hawaiian "Adios Ke Aloha", Maori Tribe "Na Waka", and simplified instructions for a rudimentary Samoan "Fire Machete" routine, as well as costumes for each dance.
