Belly Dance

Learn how to perform the exotic steps and styling of this ancient, sensual dance from an instructor who really REALLY knows her stuff!!

Reshama has a very diverse cultural background and widely-acclaimed professional dance repertoire! As a child, she sang and danced in both South Asia and Saudi Arabia, and now teaches and choreographs for competitive dance teams in the USA, some of which included UC Irvine's "Bhangra", "Bollywood Filmi" dance groups, Flowers of the Desert, and so much more.

Her credits include performing as a solo artist in Sahra Saeeda's production "RA", the Belly Twins "Hooray for Bollywood", Johara's "Gifts of the Middle East", alongside international Ghazaal singer Sunil Mungee, and is a current member of the Belly Dance Superstars.

She spent two years teaching and choreographing Belly Dance, Bollywood, and Yoga classes in the Boston area and currently teaches and performs in Southern California.

Single pay-as-you-go group class rate $15 per hour; Block of 4 prepaid classes $14 each; Block of 8 prepaid classes $12 each; Prepaid block of 12 group lessons $10 each. Private lessons available at $120 per hour.
